Love this place! This is our third visit to the Eastgate location. I bring my 4 year old son to see Brandy, as she is the best I have seen to date. Brandy listens to my description of the style we want for our sons hair, and she is always welcoming with her smile and politeness. After seeing Brandy on our second visit we love her as much as we loved brittney. We loved the place so much that I sent my husband to get his hair cut, because we still haven't found one he likes. He come to this location waited for brandy as she had just left either for lunch or for the day, (she didn't know he was waiting for her) he signed in requested her and waited for 45 minutes. He then walked up to the front desk girl and asked how much longer it would be, giving the fact that she told him when he got there brandy would be a half hour. She told him "um brandy is gone, she's been gone, and he said you told me her wait time, now she is not here? She was rude and he left and told me the bad experience that he had. I then called up to give my feedback, nicely, and professionally, and again the front desk was rude to me. Today I came in for my son's hair cut and was having trouble signing in. The front desk girl didn't try to help me until the 3rd time after seeing me struggle with the numbers on their computer. I am only here for brandy, the others are not welcoming.
